Our bodies are talking to us all the time.  As a Naturopath, I am  looking for the UNDERLYING causes and not just at the symptoms.  Eating foods that your body doesn't love can lead you to feel bloated, irritable and tired.

Everybody’s body is unique.  Although we all have many of the same basic needs, genetic and environmental conditions mean that each body has slightly different requirements or will react slightly differently to another when it comes to food. A food that brings health to one person might wreak havoc on another.
