Nutrition can be confusing. There’s a constant swirl of advice out there. High carb, low carb, intermittent fasting, plant-based, paleo, macros, calorie counting... it’s no wonder people feel stuck. What’s missing in most of these conversations is you: your body, your hormones, your lifestyle, your goals.

That’s where I come in. As a clinical nutritionist and naturopath, I help you make sense of your symptoms and translate them into a clear, personalised nutrition plan. One that boosts energy, sharpens focus, improves digestion, balances mood and supports your performance, in the gym, in life, and everywhere in between.

What is Naturopathic & Clinical Nutrition?

Nutrition isn’t just about what you eat — it’s about how your body responds to it. That’s why I blend naturopathic wisdom with evidence-based clinical nutrition. We’ll look beyond calorie counts and start exploring how food affects your energy, mood, digestion, inflammation, immunity and hormones.

Nutritional medicine is the science of how macronutrients (carbs, fats, protein) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) affect the chemical processes of the body. When your body has the right nutrients, in the right balance, it can function efficiently and recover properly. When it doesn’t? That’s when fatigue, brain fog, mood dips, digestive issues and hormonal chaos can start creeping in.

Through a mix of nutrition analysis, symptom tracking and (if needed) targeted testing, we’ll figure out which foods are fuelling you — and which are holding you back. Then I’ll help you build a nutrition strategy that actually sticks.

My approach

 

I’m not here to hand you a generic meal plan or make you feel bad about your pantry. I’m here to teach you how to eat in a way that supports your biology, your goals and your lifestyle. That might look like meal guidance, fuelling strategies, gut support, or simply shifting a few key habits to make a big impact.

My job is to cut through the noise, explain the “why” behind your symptoms, and help you get back in the driver’s seat of your health. I blend clinical training with a real-life mindset — I know that food has to be practical, affordable and enjoyable if it’s going to work long-term.

And I don’t just treat symptoms — I work to find the root cause. Whether it’s poor nutrient absorption, cycle-driven shifts, gut inflammation or stress-related eating, we’ll build a strategy that brings your body back into balance.

What to Expect

At your first consult, we’ll take a thorough look at what’s going on — energy, sleep, digestion, mood, performance, recovery and anything else that’s relevant. We’ll go through your current eating habits, lifestyle, symptoms and any recent blood work. Together, we’ll build a plan that moves you toward better function and less friction in your body.

We might also run a body composition scan, food intolerance screen or refer for pathology testing if needed. The goal is to understand what your body is telling us — and respond with strategies that support real, lasting change.

Follow-up sessions are personalised to your journey. Sometimes it’s a quick check-in and tweak, other times we go deeper. No pressure, just consistent support as you move toward your next level.
