My Freediving Journey
The deeper I dive, the more I discover about my breath, my body, and what I'm really capable of.
Freediving started as a personal practice, something that helped me slow my thoughts, deepen my breath, and connect with myself in a way nothing else ever had. But over time, it’s grown into so much more.
These days, I’m competing internationally in pool freediving comps (I’m currently ranked #2 in Australia with AIDA), travelling every couple of months to train, dive, or run retreats in some pretty incredible places. I’m a certified Molchanovs and PADI freediving instructor, and I work with divers who want to go deeper—not just in metres, but in mindset.

Freediving Mentoring
Depth isn’t just physical...
it's mental, emotional, and completely unique to you.
Freediving mentoring with me isn’t just about improving your technique or adding metres to your depth, although we’ll absolutely work on that. It’s about learning to regulate your nervous system under pressure, build trust in your body, and develop a deeper connection with yourself through the breath.
Whether you’re preparing for your first comp, wanting to refine your dive prep, or seeking support to move through fear, I offer a grounded, supportive space to help you expand your comfort zone and find flow in the water. Every diver is different, and our mentoring sessions are shaped around your goals, your experience level, and what you need most: physically, mentally and emotionally.

Freediving has taught me more about trust, nervous system regulation, and performance under pressure than anything else I’ve done. Whether I’m coaching breathwork, mentoring an athlete, or sharing ocean time on retreat, it all ties back to this: helping people feel at home in their body and capable of more than they thought possible.

Adventure Retreats
Breathe deep, find people you can really talk to, laugh hard, and leave with tools that actually stick.
I run a bunch of different retreats and workshops throughout the year. Some are full-on adventures like the Solomon Islands freediving trip (caves, community, depth, magic), and others are local day retreats with breathwork, ice baths, adaptogens, movement and laughter. I also hold women’s health weekends where we dive into hormones, resilience, the nervous system and how to actually rest without guilt.
They’re all a bit different, but the vibe is the same: challenge yourself, regulate your system, eat good food, connect with epic humans, and leave feeling like you’ve got more capacity to face life (and actually enjoy it).
