Your breath is your built-in control panel for energy, emotion and recovery.
Learn how to use it.
Breath is the bridge between your body and your brain, and it's the most underused tool we’ve got for shifting state, boosting energy, and regulating stress.
I use breathwork to help people perform better, recover faster, and calm their system when life gets chaotic. This isn’t woo-woo. It’s science-backed, nervous system-informed training that helps you move from reactive to responsive whether you're on the field, at work, or just in daily life.
The way we breath influences every single cell of your body. It influences your energy, your mood, your sleep, digestion and even your exercise performance.
With so many different techniques of breathwork, the magic is really knowing, what to do when. I take the guesswork out for you, creating a wide variety of breathwork techniques and flows that suit your health, your team's performance goals, or your workplace's support needs.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the conscious control and training of your breathing to support physical, emotional and mental performance. It’s one of the fastest ways to regulate your nervous system, improve oxygen efficiency, and support recovery.
Whether you’re training your body to handle CO₂ more efficiently, or calming your system after a high-stress day, breathwork can help you shift gears faster, with more control and less crash.
There are different styles of breathwork depending on what you’re aiming for. Some are slow and calming, others are more active and energising. I use a mix of techniques including box breathing, breath holds, slow exhales, and coherence breathing to help you meet your body where it's at. It's science-backed, incredibly powerful, and accessible to anyone with lungs.
My Approach
I tailor every breathwork session to where you’re at. Some days it’s about big recovery and regulation. Other days we’re training for resilience, performance and endurance.
We’ll work with different breathing techniques, like box breathing, extended exhales, breath holds, and coherence breathing, and I’ll help you find what works best for your goals. This is about building a toolset you can use anytime, anywhere.
I’ve trained with elite athletes, corporate teams, and exhausted parents. Breathwork works across the board, and when you understand it, you can change your state in minutes.
