Mindset coaching for performance is the practice of training your mental skills with the same intention and structure you give to your physical training. It focuses on building mental strength, emotional regulation and clear thinking under pressure so you can perform consistently at your best.
Elite athletes know that talent and fitness alone are not enough. Mental preparation determines how you respond to stress, how quickly you recover from setbacks and how well you execute under pressure. Mindset coaching provides evidence‑based strategies to improve focus, manage nerves, stay motivated and adapt to changing conditions without losing composure.
This type of coaching draws on principles from sports psychology, breath and nervous system regulation, habit science and reflective practice. It gives high performers a framework to build resilience, sharpen decision‑making and sustain energy over the long term so they can deliver peak performance when it counts.
My Approach
I approach mindset the same way I approach physical conditioning. We start where you are, work with what’s real, and build capacity over time.
This might look like nervous system training, breathwork, performance rituals, focus drills, or reflective coaching. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and what needs rewiring so you can stay switched on when it counts.
In sessions, we explore how stress, self-talk, habits and past experiences are influencing your performance. From there, we use targeted tools to build clarity, focus and internal stability so you can respond better to pressure, not just react to it.
You’ll learn how to manage your own state, get through tough patches with less internal chaos, and stay focused on the bigger picture. This is mindset coaching that builds mental strength, not just motivation.

I’ve competed internationally and represented Australia in Freediving, coached athletes at all levels including Olympians and national sports teams, and worked with clients juggling big goals and big lives. I know what it’s like to hit a wall and not know how to get around it.

Sessions are available online or in person. I also offer group intensives, athlete workshops and team sessions tailored to your sport or performance environment.
