Option 2 - Training & Knowledge Pack

This is for the ladies who want it all and are ready to take the next step to level up their fitness and health with deep knowledge on female-specific performance nutrition, training periodisation and recovery specific to their female cycle. Can be completed at home or at the gym.

What you’ll receive:
  • All the benefits of Option 1 PLUS:

  • This program puts words into ACTION and contains a periodised training program specific to the female cycle.

  • Access to your own PERSONALISED workout app that you can take with you wherever you are.  It's like having a personal trainer in your pocket!  Use the app to track your workouts and your results.. 

  • Full instructional videos on each of the workouts helping you to move better and gain better results. 

  • Varied workout guides structured to change in intensity to work within YOUR cyclic energy. 

  • Options to have a workout plan that is home-based OR gym-based, with BONUS workouts to keep you feeling fresh and motivated.

Option 3 - Personalised Add-on Upgrade

This is a great option if you have:

  • Specific training goals

  • Low energy or immunity

  • Hormonal irregularities

  • Struggle with weight

Includes:   3 x 45 minute Individual consultations

  • Deeper individualised assessment and support to help you reach your goals and optimise your health (this may require further testing at an additional cost).

  • Body Composition Analysis x 2  (available to local clients only)

  • 10% off any supplements or herbs used within treatment

Individualised Add-on Upgrade Investment:
  • $22.50 per week for 14 weeks
