Peanut Butter & Banana Natural Protein Smoothie
This is my new favourite smoothie!
This smoothie is naturally high in protein and is DELICIOUS!
Also a great way to pop in a few extra veggies to your day!
I hope you enjoy it as much as me!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup Frozen Cauliflower
1 Banana
4 Ice Cubes
1/4 cup Chickpeas (cooked, rinsed or canned)
2 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 tsp Maple Syrup (optional)
What to do:
Simple. Just blend it all together and serve!
