Easy Peasy 3 Ingredient Pizza Base.... AND its Gluten Free!

Home Made Pizzas are favourite with my kids in our house.

Its the ritual we love....

We think about the best toppings, chatting about them throughout the day.....My hubby fires up the wood fire oven in the yard a few hours earlier - and we all sit around the fire.

Quality family time...

Before the boys and I head inside to create the pizza magnificence that they have decided on. I make the bases, The boys chop the veggies, roll out the bases and decorate them however they would like. Their very own creation...

We have certainly tried ALOT of Gluten Free pizza bases....

Some were ok....Some were not... Most were lacking that certain something that real pizzas seemed to have. This one is an easy peasy base - takes minimum time - So we can get back and hang with dad around the fire.


1 Cup of Gluten Free Flour

1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

1/2 Cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoon of olive oil

What To Do:

Combine ingredients REALLY well,

You could use your mixer or thermomix if you have one to make it even quicker - Otherwise - the kids love getting messy!!

Knead on a floured bench, until well combined and soft. You may need a little extra flour, depending on consistency.

Cut the dough in half

Roll out to size and thickness that you love.

Top with your favourite toppings!

My kids have recently invented the 'Desert Pizza' that the top with banana and honey!
