Two Ingredient Healthy Banana Pancakes! (Gluten and Dairy Free)

These pancakes are fluffy and delicious!
They make for great snacks for the kids lunch boxes. Or an Easy Morning Breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 Banana
2 Eggs
What to do:
Blend both ingredients together in a food processor until well combined and liquidy.
Lightly oil a fry pan.
Drizzle batter onto the fry pan
Wait for small bubbles to appear in the batter
Flip for a minute or so
Remove on to plate
Yup! Its that Easy!
Options to Add: 1 x Scoop of protein powder, Cacao Powder for Chocolate Pancakes, Raisins or Sultans for Fruity Pancakes.
Servings: We serve these with Mixed fruits on a Sunday morning, Mango, Banana, Blueberries and yogurt!
