Two Ingredient Healthy Banana Pancakes! (Gluten and Dairy Free)

These pancakes are fluffy and delicious!

They make for great snacks for the kids lunch boxes. Or an Easy Morning Breakfast!


  • 1 Banana

  • 2 Eggs

What to do:

  • Blend both ingredients together in a food processor until well combined and liquidy.

  • Lightly oil a fry pan.

  • Drizzle batter onto the fry pan

  • Wait for small bubbles to appear in the batter

  • Flip for a minute or so

  • Remove on to plate

Yup! Its that Easy!

Options to Add: 1 x Scoop of protein powder, Cacao Powder for Chocolate Pancakes, Raisins or Sultans for Fruity Pancakes.

Servings: We serve these with Mixed fruits on a Sunday morning, Mango, Banana, Blueberries and yogurt!
