Power Packed Protein Smoothie


Smoothies are an awesome way to jam pack & super charge your nutrition!


They are great for busy mornings, or post workout snacks!


Here is one of my favourite combos! It packs a nutritional punch, full of veggies, good fats and protein to keep you feeling satiated and to nourish your body.


I must admit, cauliflower sounds weird in a smoothie - but actually gives it amazing creaminess!


For busy days ahead, I often pre-prep this into individual 'smoothie bags' into the freezer, so when I'm ready, all I need to do is add milk + nut butter and blend :).

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Frozen Cauliflower

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)

  • 1 tsp All Natural Peanut Butter (mavers/macro brand)

  • 2 tbsps Protein Powder (chocolate)

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 tbspHemp Seeds (optional)


Instructions:

In your blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy!
